Birthday Parties

Schedule your child’s next birthday party with us!

Select an art, dance or Kindermusik theme and then work with our staff to tailor the activities to your child’s wishes!

Available days: Saturdays and Sundays (Fridays upon request)

Duration: 2 hours (1.5 for art projects, dance, etc; 30 min for your celebration)

Parties must be scheduled at least 3 weeks in advance.

Participants get to keep all art projects they make.

Parents supply birthday cake and other snacks (including plates, napkins, etc.)

Parents are responsible for decorating the space. NSSA will be responsible for clean up. Parents must schedule a time BEFORE the party with the administration.

Pricing:

(Includes space rental, art project materials and clean up)

Up to 12 children: $200 ($10 per child after)

$75 of total party price is required as a deposit at contract signing.

Payment in full is due one week before party. NSSA reserves the right to bill at a rate of $15 per child for any children that participate in the party above what is stated on the contract.

Cancellation Policy:

Customers are entitled to the following refunds:

6 days – 48 hours in advance:
Fifty percent of total party cost minus $75 deposit.

Less than 48 hours in advance:
No refunds or credits will be issued.
